They toured Fallingwater, in a "Well, gee, who would have thought they would be so photogenic?" moment (similar to the "Does the Pope wear a pointy hat?" moment):

They haven't come to Taliesin (which would still be talked about), and I don't know about Taliesin West, although I am sure it would have shown up in the news. _________________ "The building as architecture is born out of the heart of man, permanent consort to the ground, comrade to the trees, true reflection of man in the realm of his own spirit." Brad has great connections within the architectural community. I look for him to hire a really fine architect to realize his vision. He would likely be a great client. _________________ Paul Harding FAIA Owner and Restoration Architect for FLW's 1901 E. | My two cents for what it's worth. Pitt and Jolie's interest in Wright ( not to mention mine) would be better served in building a house from the archive. |

| It certainly sounds like Brad thinks he is capable of "designing it" and would then hand it off to an architect to do the construction drawings. |

In the Article it mentions that the two of them visted Fallingwater in 2006. I was told they were at Fallingwater in the Fall this year.
My wife and I spent our honeymoon (in November) visiting Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob. We were to stay at Neimacolin resort right near by, in their new hotel, (inspired by FLW), Falling Rock.
When we got there they told us that Falling Rock had been booked and upgraded us to the Presidential Suite at Neimacolin. The butler for our suite mentioned to us that Brand and Angelina had recently been there and stayed in our room. |

No RG....but it was certainly a once in a lifetime experience. My wife and I were blown away with the accomodations, and the beautiful weather we had while at FW and KK.
Falling Rock, the other hotel on the Neimacolin property, was done extreamly well. Although we didn't stay at Falling Rock, we toured it and it was a beautiful example of what FLW inspires in architecture. |

"Loftus Engineers designed Falling Rock in the Frank Lloyd Wright style in seven weeks and it was constructed thereafter within nine months."
I'm sure they meant that as a positive comment but IMHO it shows as being "designed" by an engineer who didn't have enough time to do his homework on FLW. |

They would better have spent nine months designing it and seven weeks building. |

| Nemacolin should not be visited for the architecture or interior decor, but as I recall the food in the restaurant is quite good. A better hotel for style is the Summit Inn, which has a lounge full of original Gustav Stickley furniture. Or at least it did before Stickley became so valuable. They've probably cashed in by now. |
