HOUSE HISTORY: The Usonian Automatic design of this house allowed Frank Lloyd Wright to meet the requirements of a professional couple. Located in Manchester's north end, the house is in a neighborhood characterized by beautiful, older homes. The house sits on an elevated portion of its sloping 0.73 acre site, providing good views to the west. The city is a financial, medical, service, and educational center. Major transportation lines, including land and air, service the city and are easily accessible from the house.

This 1380 square foot house contains a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two baths and a study. All of the original furniture, most of which is built-in, is still intact.

There is also an unfinished mother-in-law house on the property.

Recent improvements include the installation of a rubber roof, a grout finish applied to the fences and clerestory windows, and new lighting in the hall and kitchen.
